KIBER MAKONDA PROTSESSUAL HUJJATLARNI ALMASHISH: XALQARO STANDARTLAR VA AMALIYOT

Mazkur maqola kiber makonda protsessual hujjatlarni almashish masalasini xalqaro standartlar, milliy qonunchilik va ilg‘or amaliyotlar asosida chuqur tahlil qiladi. Global raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida sud-huquq tizimlarining zamonaviylashuvi muhim masalaga aylanib bormoqda. Elektron hujjatlar orqali protsessual harakatlarni amalga oshirish, ayniqsa, transchegaraviy ish yurituvlar, xalqaro arbitraj va davlatlararo huquqiy yordam sohalarida keng qo‘llanmoqda. Maqolada BMT, UNCITRAL, Yevropa Ittifoqining e-CODEX tizimi, Gaaga Konvensiyasi (1965), Singapur va AQSh kabi davlatlar tajribasi, hamda O‘zbekiston Respublikasining mavjud qonunchilik bazasi o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, hujjat almashinuvida ishonchlilik, autentifikatsiya, kiberxavfsizlik, elektron raqamli imzo, sun’iy intellekt (AI) va smart-kontraktlar kabi texnologik yondashuvlar tahlil etiladi. Yakunda, O‘zbekiston uchun normativ-huquqiy takliflar ishlab chiqiladi.
