2022-2023 yillarda Buxoro viloyati akademik litsey, kasb-hunar kolleji va 8-11 sinf o’quvchilari orasiga 1150 nafar anketa tarqatish yo’li bilan 204 nafar Husnbuzar kasalligiga moyil bo’lgan o’smir yoshlar ajratib olindi. 204 nafar bemor bizning anketalarimizni to’ldirishdi, ularning shikoyatlari,  kasallikning klinik ko’rinishi va labarator tekshiruvlar natijasiga ko’ra yakuniy diagnoz qo’yildi.

Ушбу мақолада Ўзбекистон Республикаси Жиноят кодексининг 233-моддасида назарда тутилган банд солинган мулкни қонунга хилоф равишда тасарруф этиш жиноятлари учун жазо тайинлаш амалиёти кўриб чиқилган. Жумладан, тергов даврида ЖК 233-модда билан қўйилган айбловлар, судда айблов таркибидан чиқарилаётганлиги ёки шу айблов бўйича оқлов ҳукми чиқаётганлиги, рағбатлантирувчи нормаларни ҳам кўриб чиқиш зарурлиги таҳлил қилинган.

На 1-м этапе обследована 112 беременных в 1-2 триместре, имеющих в анамнезе послеродовое гипотоническое кровотечение, в возрасте от 18 до 45 лет, составивших 1-ю группу. II группу – группу контроля, составили 30 пациенток.. После обследования и выделения группы риска по возникновению послеродового гипотонического кровотечения назначается фармакотерапия по разработанному алгоритму в группе 1А, в состав которой вошли 52 пациенток. Группу 1Б составят 60 пациенток с традиционным методом ведения.   В 1 А группе проведена профилактика развития кровотечения с L-аргинином (Тивортин) – 3 г/сут. в течение 3 недель с 18 недели гестации, в 24 недель и 30 недель, таким образом, проводятся три курса по 3 недели с перерывом на 3 недели. Эффективность фармакотерапии оценена на основании обследования метаболитов оксида азота в крови и проведенные клинико-лабораторные обследования у беременных после окончания лечения.

Данная статья направлена на анализ различных видов наказаний в уголовном законодательстве Республики Узбекистан. В ней рассматриваются ключевые концепции, такие как понятие наказания и система наказаний, с особым вниманием к признакам и требованиям, которым должна соответствовать система наказаний. Исследуется исторический контекст развития наказаний. Автор приходит к выводу, что в настоящее время система уголовных наказаний требует корректировок, включая актуализацию и законодательное регулирование отдельных видов наказаний. В статье аргументируется возможность более эффективного достижения целей наказания и реализации принципов справедливости и гуманизма через внесение определенных изменений в действующее национальное законодательство.

The fact that social networks, which initially served only to communicate with someone, are now becoming an incomparable tool for people who respond to the social and political changes taking place in the life of society with their advanced thoughts.

The problem of diagnosing and treating exinococcosis remains relevant and has a social character. In recent decades, there has been an increase in the number of people with liver exinococcosis. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2,300 diagnosed patients are registered per year, there is an increasing trend of incidence of exinococcosis. X-ray diagnostic data of 79 patients with exinococcosis were analyzed.During the examination of 201 patients, various localized suspected patients were analyzed.     The number of patients is many organ damage, 19 liver damage and 14 lungs, 12 - kidney and abdominal cavity, 19 - pancreas and spleen. The incidence rate of women is 2 times higher than the incidence rate of more men because they have more frequent contact with pets, homespherma. Among the different age groups of exinococcosis, the spread oftaxminane was the same.

This study describes the morphometry of spleen dimensions; compare the presence of a significant difference between sex and age. The study also assesses the determinant factors of spleen dimensions. In all, 86 spleen specimens were reviewed. The presence of each marrow-derived lineage, dysplasia . Neoplastic hematopoietic proliferations in chronic myeloproliferative disorders are characterized by trilineage hematopoiesis with significant dysplasia in all cell lineages. Acute myeloid leukemia showed an increase in immature forms, which were highlighted by immunohistochemistry. Reactive extramedullary hematopoiesis showed variability in histologic features. Post-bone marrow transplant and thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura/hemolytic–uremic syndrome spleens showed extramedullary hematopoiesis with some morphologic features of immaturity, which could simulate chronic myeloproliferative disorder.

Обследовано 154 ребенка с аллергическими заболеваниями, в возрасте от 6 мес. до 16 лет. Проведено исследование иммунного статуса иммунологическими тестами первого уровня, концентрации С3-компонента системы комплемента. Среди обследованных детей у 48 (31,2%) пациентов наблюдались изолированные формы аллергических заболеваний: атопический дерматит (АД), бронхиальная астма (БА), сезонный аллергический ринит (САР) и круглогодичный аллергический ринит (КАР) и 76 (49,3%) детей страдали сочетанными формами аллергических заболеваний: АД в сочетании с БА, АД в сочетании с САР, АД в сочетании с БА и КАР, КАР в сочетании с САР, БА в сочетании с КАР, БА в сочетании с САР
