Искусственный интеллект (ИИ) и машинный перевод на основе ИИ создают возможности и проблемы для преподавателей и студентов L2. Совсем недавно появление чат-ботов на основе ИИ, таких как ChatGPT, привело к призывам к пересмотру традиционных методов обучения, чтобы отдать приоритет рефлексивному мышлению и критическому мышлению. В этой статье изучаются возможности прикладного перевода (ПП) для развития основных навыков критического мышления, необходимых для эффективного взаимодействия с инструментами на основе ИИ в классе L2. Мы представляем структуру IMI+ (интеграция, мультимодальность и взаимодействие) для интеграции ПП в языковое образование, которая помогает поддерживать развитие цифровой грамотности и критического мышления в классах L2. Кроме того, учитывая проблемы, связанные с конфиденциальностью и этикой, присущие этим новым технологиям, мы предлагаем применять критический экологический подход (КЭП) к ПП, чтобы помочь учащимся преодолевать эти проблемы, выявляя дисбаланс сил и социальное неравенство. Окончательно, мы объясняем, как семь статей этого специального выпуска демонстрируют потенциальные применения AT в Обучение английскому языку.

ПРОФИЛАКТИКА ПРОГРЕССИРОВАНИЯ ОПУЩЕНИЯ ВНУТРЕННИХ ПОЛОВЫХ ОРГАНОВ

Данная статья посвящена проблеме пролапса тазовых органов (ПТО) — патологическому состоянию, характеризующемуся опущением тазового дна и органов малого таза. Рассматривается терминология, связанная с различными формами генитального пролапса, такими как цистоцеле и ректоцеле. Описываются причины, влияющие на распространенность ПТО, которая колеблется от 2,9% до 53%, в зависимости от наличия бессимптомных форм. Анализируются данные исследования Womens Health Initiative Study, указывающие на высокую частоту выявления различных типов пролапса у женщин перименопаузального возраста. Особое внимание уделяется клиническому значению диагностики бессимптомных форм, которые могут достигать 50% случаев. Результаты подчеркивают важность ранней диагностики и профилактики ПТО для улучшения качества жизни женщин.

Cоgnitivе linguistics is а linguistic fiеld thаt fоcusеs оn lаnguаgе аs а gеnеrаl cоgnitivе mеchаnism, аs а cоgnitivе tооl - а systеm оf signs thаt plаy а rоlе in thе rеprеsеntаtiоn (cоding) аnd trаnsfоrmаtiоn оf infоrmаtiоn. This duаlity оf lаnguаgе distinguishеs it frоm оthеr cоgnitivе аctivitiеs, bеcаusе “in thе mеchаnisms оf lаnguаgе, nоt оnly mеntаl structurеs thеmsеlvеs аrе еssеntiаl, but аlsо thе mаtеriаl еmbоdimеnt оf thеsе structurеs in thе fоrm оf signs”. Thе fiеld оf cоgnitivе linguistics includеs thе mеntаl fоundаtiоns оf undеrstаnding аnd prоducing spееch аnd tеxt, in which linguistic knоwlеdgе pаrticipаtеs in thе prоcеssing оf infоrmаtiоn. Аs Е.S. Kubryаkоvа nоtеs, thе rеsults оf rеsеаrch in thе fiеld оf cоgnitivе linguistics prоvidе thе kеy tо rеvеаling thе mеchаnisms оf humаn cоgnitiоn in gеnеrаl, еspеciаlly thе mеchаnisms оf cаtеgоrizаtiоn аnd cоncеptuаlizаtiоn. NON-LINEAR SPATIAL DYNAMICS OF METHANE RELEASE IN UNDERGROUND BOREHOLES FOR SUSTAINABLE MINING PRACTICES

This paper addresses the challenge of enhancing energy efficiency in the utilization of methane from coal mines to support the sustainable development of geotechnologies, particularly in the transition to cleaner, resource-efficient energy production. This issue is critical because the anthropogenic impact of methane emissions from coal mines on global climate change is 21 times greater than that of carbon dioxide. Coal seams rich in gas and the adjacent rocks are to be classified as technogenic coal-gas deposits, with the extracted gas viewed as an alternative energy resource. Current methods for managing coalmine methane require improvement, as the existing "mine-longwall" approach does not adequately consider the spatial and temporal specifics of the production face's advancement. This gap is particularly relevant in the context of environmentally friendly coal mining. The aim of this study is to uncover patterns that illustrate the non-linear dynamics of methane release in underground boreholes, thereby fostering the sustainable development of geotechnologies through improved quality of the extracted methane-air mixture.
