Abstract

This article explores AI's impact on the job market and emphasizes the need for individuals and organizations to adapt. It highlights concerns about job displacement, the creation of new opportunities, and the importance of acquiring complementary skills. Lifelong learning, continuous professional development, and fostering a culture of learning within organizations are essential. The annotation stresses the necessity of proactive adaptation and upskilling in response to AI's influence on jobs.
