The article examines the basics of the physico-chemical technology of obtaining simple phosphorus fertilizers from aznekic phosphorites, which is becoming more and more relevant in the context of the growing demand for phosphorus for agriculture. The chemical composition and mineralogy of aznekic phosphorites, as well as their role in the production of phosphorus fertilizers, are discussed. We analyze the main stages of the technological process, including the preparation, extraction and conversion of raw materials into phosphorus compounds. The available methods of obtaining phosphoric acid and phosphoric fertilizers such as superphosphate and ammophos are highlighted, as well as the economic and ecological aspects of the use of aznekic phosphorites in agronomy are considered. At the end of the article, it is emphasized the need to continue research and development of new technologies that will increase the stability of agriculture and increase the efficiency of resource use.

Computer graphics plays an important role in such fields as physics, chemistry, biology, ecology and climatology, where it helps to model and visualize processes that are difficult to study using traditional methods. The article discusses the main types of computer graphics, such as 2D visualization, 3D modeling and simulation, as well as their application in various natural science disciplines. Particular attention is paid to modern software tools such as MATLAB, PyMOL, VMD and Blender, which are actively used for data analysis and visualization. The prospects for the development of computer graphics in the natural sciences are considered, including integration with artificial intelligence and the use of virtual reality technologies for scientific research.

Computer graphics provides tools for creating accurate 2D and 3D models, simulations and data analysis, which can significantly improve the design and development processes. The article analyzes modern software solutions such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB and Blender, which are widely used for modeling and visualization of complex systems. Particular attention is paid to the trends in the development of computer graphics, including the introduction of virtual and augmented reality technologies, artificial intelligence and cloud computing, which open up new prospects for the use of graphic technologies in technical sciences.

This article covers the theoretical background of Project-based learning as well as its benefits and drawbacks of implementing in English classrooms. Contemporary implementations of PBL becomes widespread in general education, especially in EFL (English as a Foreign Languages) classes not only to provide innovative English language acquisition through PBL but also to equip learners with 21^st century skills, such as communicative competence, critical thinking, life-long learning, team-working and problem-solving skills.

In modern English, the number of combinations of postpositions with verbs is especially large. Their number is steadily growing. This is evidenced by books and dictionaries devoted to phrasal verbs and their use. Along with the increase in number, the frequency of their use also increases. This indicates that they perform the necessary function, due to greater conciseness and, at the same time, greater expressiveness. The purpose of the article is to determine how often phrasal verbs are found in our daily life, and their diversity both in their compatibility and in the additional meanings that they contain or that they acquire in the text

В данной статье представлено исследование, направленное на усовершенствование принципов пропорционального лечения анемии у пациентов с ревматоидным артритом (РА), с учетом ее распространенности и фенотипов гаптоглобина. В период с 2016 по 2020 год было проведено исследование, в котором приняли участие 214 пациентов с диагнозом РА, проходивших лечение в кардиоревматологическом отделении Самаркандского городского медицинского объединения, и 20 здоровых людей, составивших контрольную группу. Для диагностики использовались общепринятые клинические, лабораторные и инструментальные методы, включая общий клинический анализ крови, показатели фибриногена и С-реактивного белка, а также исследование уровня железа и его белков-переносчиков. Результаты исследования показывают необходимость индивидуализированного подхода к лечению анемии у больных РА, что позволит улучшить клинические исходы и качество жизни пациентов.

The article discusses the main properties of vitamin D and its effect on the human body. Modern specialized literature and relevant scientific information were systematically studied. The best natural sources of vitamin D are shown. The possible negative effects of vitamin D on the human body under certain medical conditions and diseases are analyzed separately.

The article is devoted to modern approaches to prevention, diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Current molecular diagnostic methods, including PCR and serological tests, as well as antibiotic therapy regimens and the use of vaccines, such as the HPV vaccine, are explained. The importance of educational programs to increase awareness of STIs and the availability of health services for risk groups is emphasized. Further research in this area is recommended to adapt strategies and reduce the spread of STIs.

This coordinated statement by the Fabry Disease Expert Group was created with the aim of identifying areas where experts agreed on the conceptual, clinical and therapeutic aspects of Fabry disease. In addition, it was aimed at providing medical professionals with advice on the best methods of managing patients with Fabry's disease in both adults and children. This agreed statement notes the clinical heterogeneity of FD and the multitude of pathogenic variants of the GLA gene. This highlights the importance of an individual approach to the treatment of patients. Experts agreed that a high index of suspicion in patients with symptoms and screening of certain risk groups are crucial for a timely and accurate diagnosis of FD. They also increase the awareness of attending physicians about various pathogenetic variants and their clinical consequences.

Cholestatic hepatosis of pregnancy (CHP) is the most common liver pathology during pregnancy. This disease has a complex multifactorial pathogenesis. The main clinical manifestation is skin itching without skin rashes. CHP leads to the development of pregnancy complications such as premature birth, severe respiratory distress syndrome, often accompanied by meconium staining of amniotic fluid. These complications of pregnancy and the perinatal period are accompanied by high perinatal morbidity and mortality. In this article, we describe two cases of pregnancy complicated by intrahepatic cholestasis, with early neonatal death of newborns in two perinatal centers in Tashkent. The conducted anamnestic, clinical and pathomorphological study, as well as the identification of possible predictors of perinatal death of newborns from mothers with cholestatic hepatosis of pregnancy will help prevent negative outcomes in the future.

In this article, the unique aspects of the national system for evaluating the effectiveness of judges' work, developed by the Supreme Council of Judges, the activities of the Judges' Club of Uzbekistan under the Council, the activities of its online forum, which is the main platform of the Club, and proposals for the transformation of these systems into artificial intelligence technology based on the requirements of the present time given. The article evaluates the impact of the introduction of artificial intelligence technology in modern information technologies on the implementation of justice.

Ovarian tumors in adolescents are bulky formations originating from epithelial, non—epithelial ovarian tissue and paraovarial elements detected in childhood or adolescence. They are often accompanied by pain in the lower abdomen, disorders of the monthly cycle, an increase in the circumference of the abdomen, in some patients — early sexual development or masculinization. In 20% of cases, they are asymptomatic. It is diagnosed by rectoabdominal examination, ultrasound of the pelvic organs, laboratory determination of cancer markers, laparoscopy. We will look at modern treatment approaches such as hormone therapy, organ-preserving and radical interventions, supplemented by radiation and chemotherapy if necessary.

Установлено, что у женщин с гиперплазией эндометрия наблюдается повышенный риск метаболических нарушений и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, что подчеркивает необходимость комплексного подхода к диагностике и лечению этих пациенток. В данной статье рассматриваются статистические данные о распространенности соматических заболеваний у женщин с гиперплазией эндометрия и их взаимосвязь, а также приводятся рекомендации по ведению пациентов, направленные на улучшение качества жизни и профилактику серьезных осложнений.
