Аннотация:
Essin – Aesculus hippocastanum L. urug‘ida asosiy komponent bo‘lib, u 30 ga yaqin izomer va hosilalar ko‘rinishida uchraydi. Essin – kapilyarprotektorlik, antieksudativ, antitrombotik va yallig‘lanishga qarshi faollikga ega. O‘zbekistonda yetishtirilgan soxta kashtan urug‘idan 95,0±3,6% tozalikdagi essin substansiyasi olish usuli ishlab chiqildi. Tozalangan essin moddasi saponinlarning molekulyar massasiga ko‘ra 8 ta fraksiyaga ajratilib ularning o‘zaro nisbatari tadqiq etildi. Essin substansiyaning asosiy qismini SF-1, SF-2, SF-4 va SF-7 fraksiyalari tashkil etishi isbotlandi.
