The purpose of this article is to provide information about intercultural communication in the workplace around the world and to provide insight into how language users can behave confidently in these settings. This article explains the above factors and promoting inclusion so individuals and organizations can build bridges between cultures, increase collaboration, and create a more harmonious and productive global work environment.
