Аннотация:
Yosh kurashchilarning jismoniy tayyorgarlik jarayonining mazmuni va ushbu yo‘nalishda maqoladagi asosiy ma’lumotlar qo‘shib kengaytirilgan holda yoritilgan. Jismoniy tayyorgarlik sportchining individual imkoniyatlarini hisobga olgan holda, kuch, chaqqonlik, egiluvchanlik, tezlik va chidamlilik sifatlarini rivojlantirishni o‘z ichiga oladi. Maqsad - mashg‘ulot yuklamalarini to‘g‘ri taqsimlash, ortiqcha yuklanish va jarohatlar xavfini kamaytirish, sport sohasidagi natijalarini yaxshilash.
