Аннотация:

1-tur qandli diabet (QD) dunyo bo‘ylab keng tarqalgan surunkali kasalliklardan biri bo‘lib, u ko‘plab tizimli asoratlarni, jumladan, jigar hujayralarining yallig‘lanishini keltirib chiqaradi. Jigar yallig‘lanishi qondagi glyukoza darajasining uzluksiz yuqori bo‘lishi, oksidativ stress va yallig‘lanish mediatorlarining faollashuvi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lib, bu bemorlarda jiddiy gepatobiliyer patologiyalarning rivojlanishiga olib keladi [2]. Hozirgi kunda jigar yallig‘lanishini davolashda antioksidant dorivor moddalardan foydalanish dolzarb masalalardan biri hisoblanadi. Antioksidantlar jigar hujayralarini oksidativ shikastlanishdan himoya qilish va yallig‘lanish jarayonlarini kamaytirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ammo turli antioksidant vositalar samaradorligini o‘rganish va ularni solishtirish bo‘yicha tadqiqotlar yetarli darajada o‘tkazilmagan.
