Аннотация

Ushbu ilmiy ishda Aster amellus L. o‘simligining kimyoviy tarkibi, undagi biologik faol moddalarning tuzilishi va farmakologik ahamiyati keng yoritilgan. Tadqiqot davomida flavonoidlar, fenol birikmalari, saponinlar, efir moylari hamda temir, rux, mis, marganets, magniy va kalsiy kabi mikroelementlarning miqdoriy tarkibi va ularning biologik faollikdagi o‘rni tahlil qilindi. O‘simlikdagi bu komponentlar antioksidant, antimikrob, yallig‘lanishga qarshi, immunomodulyator va sedativ ta’sir ko‘rsatishi aniqlangan. Olingan ma’lumotlar Aster amellus L. ni tabiiy biofaol moddalarning istiqbolli manbasi sifatida farmatsevtika, oziq-ovqat va kosmetika sanoatida qo‘llash imkoniyatlarini tasdiqlaydi.
