THE INFLUENCE OF VALUES ON THE SPIRITUAL AND MORAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDIVIDUAL

This article scientifically analyses the role and influence of values in the spiritual and moral perfection of a person. The importance of values in enriching the individual’s spiritual world is examined through theoretical and pedagogical analysis. The research employed pedagogical, comparative, and analytical methods, as well as the study of scientific literature. The findings reveal the significance of values in shaping an individual’s spiritual and moral qualities within the educational process and substantiate their educational effectiveness. It has been proven that values serve as a decisive factor in human perfection, moral upbringing, and the development of spiritual worldview.
