Abstract

Ushbu maqolada qayta ishlash korxonalarida meva va sabzavotlarni yuvish texnologiyasi, yuvish mashinalarining konstruktiv xususiyatlari, ishlash prinsiplari va ularning samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Mahsulot xavfsizligini ta’minlashda yuvish bosqichining ahamiyati, mikrobiologik xavf-xatarlarni kamaytirish mexanizmlari va ilg‘or texnologiyalarning qo‘llanilishi tahlil qilinadi
