Maqolada yarimo‘tkazgichlar fizikasi bo‘limini o‘qitishning zamonaviy metodik asoslari, talabalarda ilmiy va texnik tafakkurni rivojlantirishda interaktiv, virtual va metrologik yondashuvlarning ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Virtual laboratoriyalar, turli fizikaga oid platformalar, shuningdek, informatizatsiyalashgan ta’lim tizimlari asosida yarimo‘tkazgich jarayonlarini modellashtirish usullari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda o‘qitishning aralash (hands-on + virtual) modeli, diagnostik baholash, metrologik aniqlik tamoyili hamda talabalarda tadqiqot kompetensiyasini shakllantirish yo‘llari ochib beriladi.
