In our republic, along with developed countries, the adoption and practical application of advanced educational technologies, which are highly effective in the world education system, are being implemented at a rapid pace. As a vivid example of this, it can be shown that "Principles and Rules of Pedagogical Technology" was developed by a group of pedagogical scientists at the initiative of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and recommended for practical use [1.3].
