Аннотация

Статья посвящена системному анализу роли искусственного интеллекта в оптимизации учебного процесса в медицинском вузе с позиций стратегического управления высшей школой. Рассмотрены предпосылки перехода от лекционно-семинарской парадигмы к адаптивному обучению, возможности построения индивидуальных образовательных траекторий, применение больших языковых моделей и виртуальных пациентов в симуляционном обучении и автоматизации объективного структурированного клинического экзамена. На основе современных мета-аналитических данных показано статистически значимое улучшение усвоения знаний и удовлетворённости обучающихся при ИИ-ассистированном проблемно-ориентированном обучении. Обсуждаются риски «потёмкинской компетентности», вопросы институциональной этики, адаптации антиплагиат-систем и формирования цифровой культуры у студентов-медиков. Предложены стратегические ориентиры для администрации медицинских вузов в рамках концепции «Университет 4.0»..
