Несмотря на значительные успехи в снижении заболеваемости, острая ревматическая лихорадка (ОРЛ) за последние десятилетия наблюдается во всех странах мира. Определение особенностей течения заболевания имеет важное значение для своевременной диагностики, что требует проведения тщательного анализа клинических, лабораторных и инструментальных данных.
