Bugungi zamonaviy dunyoda texnologiyalar, onlayn kommunikatsiya vositalari jamiyat hayotida tobora muhim o‘rin egallab bormoqda. O‘z navbatida texnologiyalar nizolarni muqobil hal etish (Alternative Dispute Resolution – ADR)ning globallashuviga olib kelmoqda. Texnogiyalardan milliy miqyosda ham, xalqaro darajada ham axborot va bilimlarni tarqatish vositasi sifatida foydalaniladi. Nizolarni muqobil hal qilish jarayonida, shu jumladan onlayn arbitraj jarayonlarida elektron vositalar, onlayn platformalar, shuningdek, sud dasturlaridagi ishlarni avtomatlashtirilgan tarzda boshqaradigan vositalar mavjud. Olingan nazariy ma’lumotlarning tahlili asosida ushbu maqolada onlayn arbitrajning o‘ziga xos jihatlarini, undagi afzalliklar va kamchiliklarni ilmiy-nazariy tahlil qilish maqsdaga muvofiq..
