The Republic was only able to advance along the path of regeneration and progress by fostering a welcoming business environment and developing a successful system for achieving the interests of each citizen. In this way, the development of small businesses, which will saturate the domestic market with the necessary consumer goods and services, generate new employment opportunities, and produce goods that are competitive in international markets, is closely related to the direction of the market and the transformation of the economy in Uzbekistan.
