The purpose of this work is to consider the legal regulation of e-commerce relations and conduct a comparative legal analysis of the legislation of the EU and Central Asia. This work is aimed to study the weaknesses and strengths of each system, develop special theoretical and practical proposals to improve the quality of regulatory legal acts. In general, the study is aimed at providing the necessary information and recommendations for improving the field of electronic commercial law.
