Ushbu maqola profilaktika inspektorlari tomonidan ma’muriy huquqbuzarliklar to‘g‘risidagi ishlarni yuritishda huquqbuzarning huquq va erkinliklarini ta’minlash mexanizmlarining hozirgi holatini tahlil etadi. O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Ma’muriy javobgarlik kodeksining 294-moddasi asosida huquqiy normalar, amaliyotdagi muammolar va takomillashtirish yo‘llari ilmiy asosda ko‘rib chiqiladi.
