Abstract

Ushbu maqola Ozbekiston Respublikasining Mehnat kodeksi doirasida ayollar va voyaga yetmaganlarning mehnat huquqlariga oid imtiyozlar va cheklovlarni tahlil qiladi. Unda ushbu guruhlarga berilgan asosiy himoya choralari, jumladan, kamsitishdan himoya qilish, ishdan boshatishga oid cheklovlar, moslashuvchan ish tartiblari va ijtimoiy kafolatlar korib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, zararli ishlardagi cheklovlar va gender tengsizligi kabi mavjud cheklovlar va muammolar ham muhokama etiladi.
