Abstrak

Muloqot ko'nikmalari va uni tadqiq qilishning ahamiyati muhimligi butun dunyoda tan olingan. O'z-o'zini o'rganish muloqot qobiliyatlarini yaxshilashning shunday variantlaridan biridir. Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi taqamli texnologiya va talabalarning muloqot qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishda o'zini-o’zi boshqarish va uning ba'zi vositalarining ahamiyatini muhokama qilishdir. Hozirgi vaqtda o'z-o'zini o'rganish faqat qaysi faoliyat va ko'nikmalar haqida gapiriladi va o'zini-o’zi boshqarish qayerda va qanday kengaytirish va rivojlantirish mumkinligi haqida gapiriladi.
