Abstract

Biologik faol moddani ajratib olishning muqobil usullaridan biri bu o‘simlik hujayralari kulturasidan in vitro sharoitida o‘stirishdir.  Ushbu maqolada qushtoron o‘simligini  in vitro sharoitida kallus kulturasini  olish natijalari keltirilgan. Ilmiy adabiyotlarda keltirilishicha qushtoron o‘simligining ta'sir spektri keng bo‘lganligi sababli ko‘p olimlar tomonidan ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borilgan. Qushtoron o‘simligining kimyoviy tarkibiga ko‘ra u o‘simlik tarkibida flavonoidlar saqlaganligi asosiy qurol hisoblanadi.
