Ushbu maqola gender yondashuv asosida o‘quvchilarni ijtimoiylashtirish jarayonining nazariy va amaliy jihatlarini tahlil qiladi. Xorij tajribasida gender yondashuvning ijtimoiy tenglikni ta’minlash, o‘quvchilarni teng imkoniyatlar yaratishda faol ishtirok etishga undashdagi roli yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda gender ta’limining o‘quv dasturlariga integratsiyasi, o‘qituvchilar malakasini oshirish dasturlari hamda o‘quv muhitida gender tenglikni ta’minlash bo‘yicha muvaffaqiyatli xorijiy modellar tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, Skandinaviya mamlakatlari, Kanada, Avstraliya va Yevropa Ittifoqi davlatlari tajribasi asosida olingan natijalar yoritilgan. Ushbu maqola gender yondashuvni amaliyotga joriy qilish orqali ta’lim sifatini oshirishga ko‘maklashadigan tavsiyalarni taklif qiladi.
