Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O'zbekiston Respublikasida informatsion texnologiyalar (IT) asosida yuqori malakali, zamonaviy xotin-qizlarni tayyorlash masalasi yoritiladi. IT sohasida ta'lim olishning afzalliklari, shu bilan birga duch kelinayotgan dolzarb muammolar – texnik infratuzilmaning yetishmasligi, raqamli savodxonlik darajasining pastligi va ijtimoiy-stereotipik to'siqlar tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda O'zbekiston va xorijiy mamlakatlarda IT asosida ta'lim olish tajribalariga asoslangan literatura tahlili, ta'lim oluvchi xotin-qizlar orasida o'tkazilgan anketa so'rovlari va statistik tahlillar natijalari qo'llanildi. Ushbu muammolarni hal etish uchun texnik infratuzilmani rivojlantirish, raqamli savodxonlikni oshirish va ijtimoiy ongni o'zgartirishga qaratilgan chora-tadbirlar taklif etiladi. Maqolada yuqori malakali, zamonaviy xotin-qizlarni tayyorlashda ITning roli va ahamiyati keng yoritiladi hamda bu yo'nalishda olib borilayotgan ishlarga qaratilgan xulosalar chiqariladi.
