Abstract

There is a nation that will have a number of factors that determine its future the next day, and reflect its history like a window. It is his culture and art that are considered the basis of these factors. In recent years, systematic efforts have been made to fundamentally reform and improve the field of culture and art, and to create an effective system of government support for cultural and artistic institutions.
