Abstract

This article focuses on the rights and obligations of parties in sports agency agreements. It examines the legal basis of contractual relationships between sports agents, athletes, and clubs, the fundamental rights and obligations of the parties, as well as the compliance of these agreements with international and national legislation. The article analyzes the responsibilities outlined in contracts, transparency of terms, dispute resolution mechanisms, and practical issues. Additionally, it offers suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of sports agency agreements and ensure fair relationships.
