Ushbu tadqiqot o‘rtacha sho‘rlanish darajasiga ega bo‘lgan agroekologik sharoitda gʻoʻza (Gossypium hirsutum L.) genotiplarining morfologik (o‘simlik bo‘yi) va fiziologik (xlorofill miqdori – SPAD) ko‘rsatkichlari orqali sho‘rlikka chidamliligini baholashga bag‘ishlandi. Tadqiqot tabiiy Sirdaryo viloyatidan olib kelingan o‘rtacha sulfatli sho‘r tuproqli Toshkent viloyatining maxsus hududida olib borildi. 14 ta gʻoʻza genotipi bo‘yicha o‘simlik bo‘yi va barglaridagi xlorofill miqdori SPAD-502 Plus xlorofill o‘lchagichi yordamida baholandi.
