Zamonaviy texnologiyalar, xususan, sun’iy intellekt, bulutli xizmatlar, big data va avtomatlashtirish jarayonlari HRMning asosiy jarayonlarini optimallashtirish, samaradorlikni oshirish va strategik qaror qabul qilishni qo‘llab-quvvatlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Tadqiqot natijalari innovatsion texnologiyalar HRM strategiyalarini takomillashtirish va tashkilotlarning uzoq muddatli raqobatbardoshligini ta’minlashda qanday yordam berishini ko‘rsatadi.
