Abstract

This article examines the main issues related to the specifics of conducting marketing activities aimed at the sale of state real estate. The work reflects the main stages of preparation for the sale of state real estate, starting from assessing their condition to developing a strategy for their sale. In conclusion, it is noted that when conducting marketing activities for the sale of state real estate, it is important to combine traditional marketing methods with innovative digital tools, active use of online platforms and social networks.
