Abstract

Penitsilamin – biologik faol aminokislota hosilasi bo‘lib, uning tarkibidagi –SH, –NH₂ va –COOH guruhlari turli 3d metall ionlari bilan mustahkam komplekslar hosil qilish imkonini beradi. Mazkur maqolada penitsilaminning Fe, Co, Ni, Cu va Zn ionlari bilan komplekslanish xususiyatlari, ularning barqarorligi hamda biologik ahamiyati keng yoritilgan. Tadqiqot davomida rentgenostruktura tahlili va turli spektroskopik metodlar yordamida komplekslarning tuzilishi o‘rganildi. Olingan natijalar penitsilamin–3d metall komplekslarining farmatsevtika va biomodellashtirish yo‘nalishlarida yuqori istiqbolga ega ekanini ko‘rsatdi.
