Abstract

This article analyzes the software-methodological support and principles for developing personal creative competence in future teachers. The creative competence of a teacher plays a crucial role in organizing the educational process effectively and innovatively, teaching students creative approaches, and improving pedagogical activities. The article discusses the main components of personal creative competence, as well as its role and importance in pedagogical activities. Methodological approaches, software support, and pedagogical principles to encourage teachers to be open to innovations and apply innovative technologies are analyzed. Creative methods and techniques, as well as interactive pedagogical processes, are discussed to develop creative thinking in students. As a result, the article explores how personal creative competence impacts the professional and personal growth of teachers and emphasizes its importance in enhancing the effectiveness of the educational process.
