NO’XOT DONIDAN OZIQ-OVQAT OQSILLARINI OLISHNING ZAMONAVIY TEXNOLOGIYALARI

Аннотация:
O‘simlik xomashyosidan, xususan, no’xotdan konsentrlangan oqsilli mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarishning sanoat texnologiyalarini yaratish oziq-ovqat va ozuqa resurslarini ko‘paytirish, aholining ovqatlanish tarkibini yaxshilashning asosiy yo‘nalishlaridan biridir. Aksariyat sanoati rivojlangan mamlakatlarda (AQSh, Yaponiya, Belgiya, Daniya va boshqalar) no’xot oqsillarini va ular asosida turli xil assortimentdagi yuqori sifatli oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini ishlab chiqarish uchun no’xotni qayta ishlash bo‘yicha amaliy tajriba to‘plangan. Ushbu ishlab chiqarish korxonalari, qoida tariqasida, ekologik toza, chiqindisiz texnologiyadan foydalangan holda, yuqori konsentrlangan oziq-ovqat oqsillaridan tashqari, yuqori sifatli ozuqa va biologik faol preparatlar ishlab chiqaradi.
