Abstract:
As is known, medicinal collections (Species) are those types of drugs that are convenient to use at home. They are a mixture of crushed parts of medicinal plant materials intended for the treatment of a certain disease. The action of herbal preparations is due to the complex of compounds included in their composition. In particular, plants containing flavonoids and their glycosides have a P-vitamin effect, are used for functional disorders of the heart and blood vessels, hypertension, have a sedative, choleretic and diuretic effect, treat intestinal ulcers, and have a hemostatic effect. This study presents the results of studying the content of flavonoids in a new choleretic collection using the HPLC method. As a result of the study, quercetin (1.181%) and its glycoside rutin (0.134%) were found.
