Аннотация:

Инфаркт миокарда (ИМ) традиционно рассматривается как заболевание пожилых людей. Однако последние исследования выявляют значительный рост заболеваемости ИМ у лиц молодого возраста (до 45 лет), что требует пристального внимания к особенностям его патогенеза, клинической картине, диагностике и тактике лечения. Обзор направлен на выявление специфических факторов риска, генетических особенностей, клинических проявлений и функциональных нарушений, способствующих развитию ИМ у молодых пациентов.
