Abstract:
Massive weight loss following bariatric surgery frequently results in significant skin and soft tissue laxity requiring reconstructive intervention. Abdominoplasty represents the most commonly performed procedure in the post-bariatric patient population, addressing both functional and aesthetic concerns.
