INTERPRETATION OF THE CONCEPT OF JUSTICE IN THE RENAISSANCE (REBIRTH PERIOD)

Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of “justice” and its interpretations during the Renaissance period, which served as a foundation for political, economic, social, and cultural enlightenment following the end of the scholastic era. It examines the views and ideas of the leading philosophers of that time, highlighting their significance and value not only for their own era but also for the present day. At the same time, the article also considers the role and practical aspects of these ideas in the development of society in today’s era of globalization
