INTERNATIONAL LABOR MIGRATION AND ITS MANAGEMENT

This article analyzes the processes of international labor migration, their management mechanisms, and socio-economic consequences. The article examines the global and regional dimensions of migration, the social, economic, and cultural impacts of labor migration, as well as migration management strategies, using the examples of Germany and Central Asian countries. Furthermore, problems arising from migration are analyzed, including integration challenges and legal and financial security issues.
