Sport murabbiyligi, psixologik omillar, hissiy aql-idrokni rivojlantirish, Stressni boshqarish, o‘z-o‘zini samaradorligini oshirish, motivatsiya.Abstrak
Sport maktabi murabbiylarining kasbiy samaradorligiga ularning ishlashi, motivatsiyasi, muloqoti va yetakchilik qobiliyatiga ta’sir qiluvchi turli psixologik omillar chuqur ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu maqolada hissiy intellekt, stressni boshqarish, motivatsiya darajasi, o‘z-o‘zini samaradorligi va shaxslararo ko‘nikmalar kabi asosiy psixologik komponentlar ko‘rib chiqiladi, ularning O‘zbekistondagi murabbiylarning kasbiy faoliyatiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Mamlakat ichidagi so‘nggi tadqiqotlar va tashabbuslar, jumladan, O‘zbekiston milliy Olimpiya qo‘mitasi tomonidan o‘tkazilgan psixologiya seminarlaridan kelib chiqib, treninglarning samaradorligini oshirishda psixologik tayyorgarlikning ahamiyati alohida ta’kidlanadi.
