THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN NATIONAL LIBERATION MOVEMENTS

This article examines the national liberation movements that emerged in the regions of Turan and Turkestan in response to foreign invasions, with particular attention to the role and courage of women. It discusses the formation of military units composed of women, highlights the bravery and resilience of female figures who distinguished themselves in these struggles, and considers the involvement of children in resistance activities. Special focus is given to the historical contributions of Malika Tomur Khatun, Qabaj Khatun, and Qurbonjon Dodkhokh.
