This article discusses the factors affecting the social coordination of students and communication skills. It discusses the functions of communication in the process of socialization of students as a pedagogical problem. The characteristics of teachers related to the exchange of information are related to their ability to integrate into the classroom community. Any events and incidents occurring in the classroom community should be under the control of teachers, and their consequences should be quickly and fairly analyzed and prevented by teachers.
