TECHNICAL, TACTICAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING IN VOLLEYBALL

Volleyball is a widespread and popular sport that serves the physical development of young people, the expansion of their communication skills, the formation of volitional qualities and the adoption of a healthy lifestyle. This article analyzes the level of technical, tactical and physical training of volleyball players, the factors that should be paid attention to in the process of their formation, and scientific and pedagogical approaches to increasing the effectiveness of the training process.
