So'nggi yillarda ayollar futboli sezilarli o'sish va e'tirofga sazovor bo'ldi va sportchilar jahon arenalarida o'z mahoratini namoyish etish uchun ko'proq imkoniyatlarga ega bo'lishdi. Biroq, hayajon va taraqqiyot ortida bir haqiqat bor – ayol futbolchilar tomonidan ular mehnatida duch keladigan mehnat munosabatlari bilan bog'liq muammolar. Ushbu maqolada ayollar futboli dunyosida davom etayotgan muammolar va tengsizliklar, shuningdek professional ayol futbolchilar mehatining huquqiy tabiati va uni tartibga solishdagi o`ziga xos jihatlarini ko'rib chiqiladi.
