Ushbu maqolada o'quvchilarni turli kasb va hunarlarga yo'naltirishda ularning shaxsiy xususiyatlaridan tortib ijtimoiy-siyosiy sharoitgacha bo'lgan turli psixologik omillar o'rganilgan. Bu omillarning qanday qilib yoshlarning kasbiy tanlovlariga ta'sir qilishi va ularning kelajakdagi kasbiy yo'nalishlarni shakllantirishdagi ahamiyatini ta'kidlaydi.
