Abstract
In this thesis, we have reported the results of the phenological and molecular assessment of spring wheat lines for drought tolerance. According to the statistical analysis of the molecular and phenological data, the genotypes with the resistance allele of the Xgwm484 DNA marker (190 base pairs) in their genome showed higher resistance compared to others.
