Ushbu tezisda ta’lim jarayonida gender ta'limi tizimining muammolarini aks ettiradi, ularni hal qilish uslublarini taklif qiladi. Ta'lim tizimidagi ta'lim tizimini o'rganish yo'nalishlari ta'kidlangan. Shuningdek, zamonaviy ta'lim tizimida kompetentsiya va universal kompetentsiya tushunchalari ochib berilgan. Gender yondashuvini hisobga olgan holda ta'lim sohasidagi universal kompetentsiyalar majmuasini o'zlashtirishga imkon beradigan pedagogik sharoitlar tavsiflanadi.
