Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada o‘quvchilarning o‘qishga bo‘lgan ichki (intrinzik) va tashqi (ekstrinzik) motivatsiyasini shakllantirishga ta’sir qiluvchi omillar tahlil qilinadi. Ichki motivatsiya o‘quvchining shaxsiy ehtiyojlari, qiziqishlari, o‘zini anglash va o‘zini rivojlantirish intilishlari orqali yuzaga keladi. Tashqi motivatsiya esa baholar, mukofotlar, ota-ona va jamiyatning kutganlari, dars muhitining ijobiy shartlari kabi omillar orqali quvvatlashtiriladi. Maqolada motivatsiya nazariyalari, empirik tadqiqot natijalari va pedagogik tavsiyalar asosida o‘quvchilarda doimiy va barqaror motivatsiyani rag‘batlantirish yo‘llari taklif qilinadi.
