The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into language education has transformed traditional methods of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) instruction. Among these innovations, corpus tools—powered by AI—stand out as effective instruments for contextualized, data-driven learning. This paper explores how AI-enhanced corpus tools can support ESP students in acquiring domain-specific vocabulary, improving linguistic accuracy, and developing critical language awareness. Through real-time language analysis and authentic usage patterns, corpus-based learning provides learners with meaningful exposure to specialized discourse, catering to their professional and academic needs. The paper argues for the adoption of AI-driven corpus technologies as a key component in ESP pedagogy and outlines practical implications for teachers and curriculum developers.
