This article analyzes the history of results achieved in Para-Olympic sports competitions. The article explores the most important achievements and events from the advent of the Paraolympic movement to the present day. It is analyzed that the historical results obtained by Paralympians caused revolutionary changes not only in sports, but also in social life. Through these results, the focus is on the change in the social attitude of individuals with disabilities to occupy an equal place in society and to show their potential through sports. The article also examines the Global Development and future prospects of the Paraolympic movement.
