Abstract

In this article, changes in the practice of project management are associated with the expansion of the range of management objects in which project management methods are used, and the use of improved or new methods and tools, taking into account the specifics of projects and ways of their implementation. Project management methods are used not only in traditional industries such as large complex projects, construction and engineering, project production, highly competitive high-tech production, but also in almost all industries for the development of enterprise activities, management of creative projects on the mass market.
